Flooring, Carpet Installation
Contract installers showed up late daily. Cabinets were damaged in the tear-off of the old top because the Hispanic crew out of Dallas had never done it before. It was left to me to fix it before they installed new stone tops. Flooring crew were good, but slow. They did largely acceptable work overall with lots of smoke breaks. Generally didn't show up until just before noon and left around 4:00 p.m. which made the job and the living in a mess drag out for a very long time. Have places where the wood flooring has lifted or was not initially stuck down as it should have been. The owner advises "He'll make it right!" Nothing's happened yet. The warranty information that has been promised multiple times still hasn't been received.
