the mfger did a great job. Didn't see Vivek. but asked for records to change to another heart specialist.
May 27th asked for medical records as needed by 6-23 Told to wait for about a week before. Signed release about 6-16 and still no records. Today new doctor appointment. First told records on vacation for a week, be back Monday, no reply or records. Tuesday having to cancel appointment with new doctor because still no records. first told out to post office, then out to lunch, then no answer in... her department. Now I have to cancel because after waiting on phone while she was with a patient for 7 mins with ringing her office - told records were erased. We are changing because accused of not taking medicine giving when it made wife deathly ill. Also we were there that day because of me not her. H e barely examined me for pacemaker checkup. Records are always getting lost and even when hand carried to them we got told not there, now their records erased. Feel making hard to see another doctor. They need an office mgr. to stop the mishandling of patient records. Medicare says they can't refuse them but erasing is a crummy excuse.Care excellent/ explained why and how. He was the second opinion and came highly recommended by other patients. Only one negative but that person negative about everything.
...lots of other people i know say they don't like him .he told me i needed to lose 500 pounds i only weighed 150...he is not to be trusted....
