+ -1 moreFound leak in flashing between patio roof and house roof. Patio fascia was completely rotted. Water damage to ceiling. We were buying the house and the seller paid for the work. The contractor said the tar roof was just going to eventually cause the same problem talked seller into upgrading to metal roof on patio. When repairing the ceiling he said the old popcorn was nearly impossible to match to current popcorn on the market so he updated to a broque finish at no charge. Also replaced the fascia with rough 2x6 boards and matched paint. The work looks so beautiful and he worked us in because this happened right before closing and the FHA appraiser had to reinspect and sign off of the work. If we didn't close on time we would have to pay extra for an interest rate lock extension. So he worked nights to get it all done! Also, he found a couple shingles that were a concern, so he replaced them at no charge!! I know the seller paid for it all, but when we remodel, they are our first call!!
