This was at a rental I own. He meet with my tenant I did not meet or see him. But the light fixture was up and working.

Ken was great! I came home to a downed power line on a Friday night. He was available by phone then to discuss situation. He came to my home on Saturday morning to assess his materials needed. He would have fixed it then but City Electric provider not cooperative. But he was back early on Monday and fixed the problem. Very efficient, very helpful, and professionally punctual!
