Description of Work: He soldered a manufacturing defect in our AC unit last spring. This fall it stopped working again in very hot weather. I called Mr. Henderson on my way to work. Neither my husband or I could be here but since we could turn the unit off remotely he replaced the converter that morning and mailed me a very reasonable bill for the 50 mile service call.

 + -1 moreWhenI called him, I thought the A/C was low on coolant, but instead Mr. Henderson found the capacitor was out, and he replaced this. he checked the coolant level and it was fine.
Description of Work: Mr Henderson came out within an hour, on a very hot Labor Day when our A/C quit working, and our home was 93 degrees inside. He found the problem and repaired it quickly, restoring our AC service.

 + -1 moreThe guy was great! He helped me look my a/c system over and made a couple of recomendations along with two separate visits to my home. We decided it would make sense to wait before doing any work. He refused to bill me for anything and that included two visits! I will be using him for sure!

 + -1 moreThe work was very professionally completed. The serviceman even installed a garden hose connection on the plastic condensation line to allow us to water our flower garden. Cutting through a brick wall to install the new air return took some extra effort. Super work, and definitely would use this contractor again.
Description of Work: Replaced old heating and a/c unit with new ones. New a/c unit is a Goodman 16 Seer 4 ton unit. The new heating unit is a Goodman 95% efficient gas furnace. The indoor A coil is a 5 ton unit. Also, a new air return was installed and a two stage thermostat. A new plastic vent pipe for the furnace was also installed.
