GOURNEY ELECTRIC

I had him install the electrical for my pool and spa. Had him give me a quote. I told him my pool contractor that recommended him estimated the job should cost 1200.00. He agreed that the estimate was fair and said he would do the job for 1200.00 ( I was clear on quoting for both pool and spa). About a week or 2 later I had him out to do the pool part of the job. He then presented me with a bill for 1500.00. This was over the quoted price, but I figured he was prompt in his service so I didn't make a big fuss. He told me to call him back when the hot tub arrived and he would get the electrical for it going. It arrived a few days later, and he promptly returned and finished the installation. He then presented me with another bill for 350.00!! Like I said the service was good, but the 50% up charge was not.
