Description of Work: i signed a contract with cable one in elk city ok in sept of 2011, i had not even had their services for 24 hrs when i lost.......that was just the beginning of the poorest service i have ever seen .......the picture on the high def channels locks up and sits there for up to 20 minutes at a time i can be talking on the phone and the line goes dead, the internet connection drops out all the time...........and then there are times when just one channel will go away for no reason call cable one and again get the same thing............UN PLUG THE CABLE BOX like that is going to fix everything these people are so dense they want us to think it is a problem with our house instead of a problem with their service they think we as consumers are as stupid as they are.............i am fed up with their poor service and not so much as even an apology (which would not excuse the poor service anyway) the latest is this friday afternoon OCT 19 2012, the high def channels for the usa network and the high def channel for the sy fy network were just gone no picture nothing the channels for non high def were just fine but i am paying for high def which i am not getting and as of sunday afternoon the channels are still gone, called saturday morning and the tech said to "unplug the cable boxes" after i told him i had called friends who had the same problem...they have crap equipment and even worse service..... for which they always want money up front... AND THE DOLLAR AMOUNT IS PER MONTH NOT A ONE TIME PAYMENT
