Perfectly. My only problem was that at least one of the mechanics had a bad attitude, and treated me like I was an idiot.

They called me with estimates and to get approval before making any repairs. Even when there was a delay in getting the brakes they made sure I was aware of it in a timely fashion. The car was almost complete when we decided to add on the air conditioner issue and they took it on happily. The body shop provided an estimate that was less than other providers in the area and did a wonderful job. Both the service department and body shop worked together on this car to get everything completed. We have taken other Ford vehicles to this service department in the past and have ALWAYS had great service. I highly recommend them.

Very positive experience. Small bumps in the road with the finace manager that were worked out well after addressing them. There were some times we visited the lot to see current inventory and were approaced by sales people that were too high pressure for our taste. I'm sure there are other very good staff than Rod, but we wouldn't work with anyone else after knowing his style was very attentive, observant, and laid back. I would certianly say that if you are not happy with the sales person, get another one. Buying something as big as a car or home is a long process and a huge purchase - you do not want regrets because you were pressured into the purchase. Know your budget, know your "wish list", and know your basic values of what you'll be looking at before going.

They are very good. I get my oil changes and tire rotations there. They ask you afterwards if you would like a free car wash.

The entire experience was very smooth and relaxed. At no time did I feel pressured to buy the vehicle. The salesman, sales management staff, and financing director were all pleasant and easy to deal with. They offered a great deal right from the start that required no back and forth haggling. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle seemed to fly right by and was not a several hour ordeal. I would certainly buy from them again.
