The service tech was very friendly and professional, and prompt, he came in and did a few checks on the modem and confirmed that it was indeed not working properly, he went back to his truck and brought back in a brand new modem and swapped it out, after a few minutes of setting it up and checking it, he asked me if I would mind logging in my laptop to verify that it was in fact working, and asked me to surf for a few minutes to make sure I wouldn't hiccup the connection, he waited patiently at ease, not giving me the "rushed" feeling,, I was very pleased with his friendliness and professionalism, he asked if there was anything else he could do to help us out and  when I declined he told me not to hesitate to call if we had any other problems, he cleaned up his mess and put everything back the way he found it before he left, I was very impressed,, we have been with this company for just going on about 6 years and they have always given great service, and quick ,, we have had other minor issues with the modem in the past, and they have always been on our doorstep within a few hours to correct the problem, and never complained when once it was the lack of power {the cord had unknowingly come unplugged} that caused our outage,, I would recommend this company to Everyone!! They are Fantastic!!!
