The first visit was to check the heater before winter started. Phil was very prompt. Professional and friendly. He crawled up in the attic and checked everything out. Explained to me about what filters to use and that we needed new insulation. :)
The second visit was because our air conditioner wasn't cooling and water was draining from ceiling. He came right away. He fixed the problem before he even came to the door. I went outside and he told me what was wrong, what he did, and off he went.
