CONLEY CONSTRUCTION

The objective of getting the drawings and the estimate was fair.   The actual estimate that was provided was "no charge."    I had to call twice before reaching someone.  The estimate was provided and the costs seemed fair.  The estimate for the work needed was $5,941.90.  However, after being given the estimate, our working relationship deteriorated.  An appointment was made to meet at the company office.  Upon arrival, we were kept in the door while being told that the computerized drawing for the transformation had not been done because he didn't know what color we wanted the walls.  Another appointment was scheduled for the afternoon of the 27th.  At least this time I received an email on the 26th stating that the appointment would have to be rescheduled later in the week because he didn't know that he had another appointment already for that time.  I was not going to be in the area so I could not comply.  I was still disappointed from the previous appointment, which was a waste of my time. I had asked that the company speak with a friend who was knowledgeable about the tile that I wanted installed.  The phone call that my friend made on my behalf was never returned. I also asked for references which were never provided.  I am still looking for someone to do the work.

He has been very honest and very reliable. He does an excellent job. He is a little hard to get an appointment with.
