Allphase Real Estate

We've used All Phase Real Estate for a few years and we haven't bashed them because we are in contract with them and we have to keep using them but I am out of it in February. My last tenant is moving out and we'll probably put the house up for sale but not with them. I've been turned into collections agencies with probably 3 or 4 different companies because of them because they're not paying the bill. They didn't pay the taxes. I was turned into collections with ADT, OGV, every collection agency I've dealt with. They lied to us pretty much. We called them Thursday, we said we're not receiving monthly reports and I've asked them 3 times for the year-end reports. I talked to the owner of the place Thursday and she said I'll those out to you right now. Friday we called in, that lady didn't come in, we'll get them out. Today we called them and talked to a different lady, I'll have them to you today. It was just awful. I can go on and on and on about them. We had a big meeting with them that we will not pay any kind of service fees that are cause by you not communicating with us or not paying bills. They're supposed to take stress off of us and they make it way worse. I've had several years with All Phase. I have had problems from the beginning. I have had them promise things that were not done repeatedly. I have requested things of them like letting me know when a term is out that they do not do. I have requested them to let me know when there is a problem and give me an option when it's going to cost money to fix it, to either fix it myself or review the person who they're calling to fix it and that was not done, I would say most of the time that was not done. A few times, they would call me and say, we have a problem but most of the time it was not done to the point that they would overdraft my account and I would not know it. My bank have my file on her desk, I know the person in that department, her name, when she says, "hi this is Pam" I know there's a problem with All Phase. My file is on her desk because we have had so many problems through the bank and through the money because of them that we have a personal relationship. They do not tell me that the bank draft did not go through or somebody moved out 2 months ago or the renter died. The ADT security system was put in the renter's name somehow and he died and we didn't have the pass code. I was literally on the phone documenting, up to 8 hrs on the phone with ADT. They wanted to change the pass code, to come out and reset it and it's like $500 charge and I said "nope. I'm not paying $500. It should never have been put on his name, how did that happen?" That wasn't necessarily All Phase's fault but he died and they didn't tell me. Our taxes are not paid, the utilities company, ADT and homeowner's association have all been turned into a collection's agency.

They were always late on payments. On repairs they would not perform them in the order which you requested. Their statements were either late or wrong - always having to make corrections. They were always friendly, but just slow. This was just a nightmare.
