LEISURE CONCRETE DESIGN

Initially, Tom was timely and clean in his approach to this project. The finished job appeared satisfactory. The concrete cracked in a few places(he repaired one spot). The acid stain turned a moldy black color within mos. His approach to the warr work was haphazard, slow, messy. He rarely appeared and did not return calls. We logged over 85 calls to him over a 8 mo period of which he may have returned 15(this is on our cell phone records). He appeared sometimes 1hr every week or two. He stated the repair work would take 3-5 days. Job is still not finished after 8 mos of intermittent appearances. He left his equipment behind and we are still finding rusty razor blades left over from his work in our yard. During the repair work our backyard was off limits to our labs for over 3 months. He did not protect other surfaces from damage during repair work. Our new iron powder coated fence is now rusting from damage from the acid he used. Furniture has rings from the cans he placed on them.
