 + -1 moreTechnician called before showing up, and arrived promptly. Told me the regular guy had called off sick, and that he was normally the trainer. He made sure he understood what I wanted done, and then explained the different packages to me. He didn't try to hard sell me on anything, just told me the features and benefits of each. I asked for a quote on cleaning tile grout on my kitchen floor and then left for work. The technician remembered to do the quote after cleaning my carpets and left it on the counter for my review. Very friendly and responsible guy! Even though someone called off, they managed to take care of me in a prompt, professional, and timely manner.
Description of Work: Clean carpeting in whole house.
