Very prompt and professional. Installed pressure regulator. Everything fine until we washing machine and other uses at the same time and heard loud vibration. They returned our call promptly and said they be out the next morning. Two guys identified the new valve was bad. Fixed. I would recommend them.

Called on a Saturday to get an estimate and left a voice mail. Was called back Monday and given an estimate of $170 for two hours of labor and ~$100 for the materials. Was told if the job was more difficult, it may take another hour which would add $85, so $270-$355 total with materials. I told Robert right then, I would like him to do the work. This was after calling others for ball park phone estimates. This estimate was not the lowest but not much more either. I picked Adney Plumbing because Robert Adney seemed more knowledgeable/experienced over the phone. My original request for service was lost but, but after a follow up call by me on Tuesday afternoon, they scheduled to come out promptly the next morning to make up for it. Access to the piping was good with a large access panel in a moderate size bathroom closet. There was some old steel galvanized pipe that had to be cut and rethreaded. This made the job more difficult. The plumber that was sent was professional and did quality work. He was on location from 9am-1:30pm or 4.5 hours, which includes a 20 minute run to get parts. I believe this job may have been able to be done in less time had Robert been onsite. I was originally billed for 5.5 hours for labor and $122.80 in materials, which at $85 per hour comes to $595.30. This was an over the phone estimate, so I knew it could be a little off if the job was more difficult than expected, I was just surprised at it being $240 more than the higher estimate. After calling Robert to inquire about the discrepancy, he informed me that since they are based in Coweta, there is a .25 hour surcharge each way for service calls to Tulsa. He did correct the billed time to 5 hours which included the .5 hour distance surcharge, so my final total was $552.80. The quality of work was good and I am glad they came out to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the correction of the billed onsite hours, but would have been more satisfied if I had been told Robert would not be the person doing the work and it made clear that there would be an additional $42.50 charge for a Tulsa service call. With better communication within the company and a final charge that was slightly closer to their upper estimate, I would personally be a repeat customer. For others in the Coweta area, I would think you will have a decent experience.
Description of Work: Replaced two handled bathtub faucet. Previous faucet would not turn off completely. Valve seat was damaged, so replacing parts was not a preferred solution for me.

Contacted Adney plumbing and 3 other contractors to get a bid for replacing the water line on our property after about the 6th leak occurred. Mr. Adney came out and I explained everything to him. He took some notes. The USIC guy was there and we talked about our concern with the ONG line being close to the water line. Rob Adney said he would send a bid and took my email address. The second contractor showed up about this time and I explained that this was a competitive bid process and they understood. Rob left and I went over the same info with the other contractor. I had a third contractor I located on Angie's List come the next day. After receiving bids from all three, the fourth couldn't make it his loss. On Wednesday morning I selected Adney Plumbing and notified them via email that I accepted their bid. I inquired did he need partial payment to begin work. He responded promptly no to partial payment and would order the materials and have them delivered. He stated they would begin on Thursday or Friday. However he redirected his crew and they started Wednesday but had to stop because of the storm that day. They returned Thursday morning and completed the water line replacement. It was Thursday I found out about the telephone line and started the process of getting it repaired. They returned Friday to close everything up and clean up. Overall a very good experience. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. Their price was 50% less or more than the other contractors.

He had to go through the bathroom and out my exterior brick wall. Another company gave me an outlandish estimate to fix the problem and this company did it for a much more reasonable price. The quality of the work is good – no issues since then.
