Mr. Adney spent over 2 hours conducting a thorough inspection of the interior & exterior of our home. Even though he found a few minor defficiencies, without the inspection we would have purchased a home and then would have had to spend extra money to make these repairs. We were able to incorporate these expenses into our negotiation and most importantly we avoided costly repairs in the future.
