Exceeded my expectations.  They were on time for estimate and when they scheduled a time to come do the job they were on time.  Perfection in all of their work.  They did such a great job, I am now hiring them to remodel my kitchen.  I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Installer was very knowledgeable. Installing the guardrail and post was a lot more technical than I realized, and skill with experience is definitely needed for such a task. You must have skill sets for installing each spindle and securing the base and top rail. 3D Construction was meticulous.

Spent a week doing it all. Clean up each evening and neatly stack unused materials, etc, so there is no mess lying around the yard, etc. Check in during process, to be sure things are being repaired as expected. If anything turns up that requires more work/mateirals than originally estimated, they will contact you to go over it & get approval before doing. These folks are VERY busy so there may be a fair waiting period (which they will let you know how long) but it is worth it.

Remodel went as planned.  Schedule was a little on the slow side but acceptable.  Shower surround installed cracked a few tile during installation that were repaired and the installation was finished.

They were very responsive to my request for estimate.  Brandon came out and estimated the job and talked through all the details.  We got it scheduled.  We needed a place for our dogs to go in and out.  They built a frame for a screened in porch and cut an opening in our rock wall and installed a doggy door.  They were professional, timely, and did amazing work!  We couldn't be happier.  Would definitely use them again.

Everything went great, all work was performed as spelled out in the contract both in time and money.  Robert and Brandon are both a real pleasure to work with.  Their paint crew also did a fantastic job of high quality and cleaned up completely behind themselves.  This is the second good sized project that 3D has done for us and it certainly won't be the last. Way to go 3D - you're certainly #1 on my list !!!!!!!  I'll be calling again come Spring time.

Selection process: utilized various means of identifying potential contractors that could do the job ( Angie's List, BBB, etc.). After reducing the list to a few contractors, had them come out and discuss project and requested estimates. Followed up on references. 3-D was slightly more than the others, but they impressed me with their knowledge and suggested options to consider.

Work: They handled all the required permitting and inspections along the way. After the permit was approved rain moved in and delayed the start, but once the weather cooperated they began on time and moved along quickly. The foundation work was excellent as they built to commercial standards. Framing and electrical work was completed as requested and inspected with no issues. The slowest point of the project was the bricking of the entire exterior, I got to see this on a daily basis and saw the quality of workmanship that went into this. Once bricking was completed the weather again affected the project, but once that was out of the way they came in and completed the final concrete work.

Other: They brought in a large dumpster to collect trash, removed dirt, concrete, etc. to keep the area neat. They also cordoned off the area to keep their construction material contained. On final day of cleanup, they even mowed the grass that had grown up in the area. Everyone that showed up was very professional and easy to work with. The owners had a true desire to please, make sure things were done right and that we were happy with everything. Before final payment we walked over the entire project to make sure I was satisfied and that nothing had been missed.

Payment: Made four payments over the entire project and never before work had been performed.

Robert came out and was very professional and helpful in his suggestions and with my requests. They seem a bit pricey but you get your money's worth and they don't doddle. After main house decks were finished, we were so pleased with the results we decided to replace pool deck as well.

3-D was OK. At first I was happy with the work they did--especially on the porch. As the projects progressed it seemed like the company began to realize they had underbid and started cutting corners. For example, they ordered a tub surround that was too short. Rather than order a properly sized surround, they just added a layer of trim around the upper perimeter. They purchased a fan for the bathroom, drilled a hole in the painted ceiling, and then found out they couldn't install the fan. They patched the hole, but didn't offer to paint it to match. They replaced a number of window panes, but left putty visible on the windows. They repaired a hole in the ceiling above the toilet while the toilet tank lid was off, allowing drywall and dust to fall into the tank. I had to drain the tank and scrape out about 1/2 cup of debris myself. I had to remind them that their bid included basement drywall repair that was not yet completed. The drywall panels the installed were never taped or mudded. The drywall repair in the dining area overhangs the baseboard, and drywall dust/ plaster was left on the wood molding. They did not clean up the drywall dust until I asked them too, and once they did I wished I hadn't; they used my swiffer wet wipes to 'clean' the area, with the end result of white plaster streaks all over the wood floors. This house is a fixer upper, and I would have used a reliable contractor for future work on bathrooms, kitchen and other remodels. I won't be using 3-D. It was a good start, but they just didn't finish well.

Every subcontractor who interacted with them commented on their
professionalism and how much they appreciated working with them.  The
work was great and we are very pleased.  We had used them only once
before to install several tub surrounds and we were also pleased with
their price, knowledge and professionalism.  We're glad we called them
back and won't hesitate to contact them again for future work.

3-D performed professionally and on time while accommodating my schedule.  Friendly, courteous and professional.  I would recommend highly.

Brandon came out and looked at proposed work area and we explained what we wanted.  He said that he would get us an estimate within a week which he did.  Estimate was very reasonable for work requested.  He told us when they could start and how long it would take to complete the project and that was exactly what they did! Started on time, finished on time! Hard working and professional crew, cleaned up after themselves and even found time to pet the dog.  They were wonderful - I will definitely call hem again as I have several other projects on my To-Do-List before I retire at the end of next year.

I am very happy with the project and the process! Robert and his foreman, Brandon, came to the rescue when a deck renovation revealed hidden rot and water damage that required immediate attention. As the coordinator of all household projects and repairs around our south Tulsa home, I make it a habit to use the initial assessment and bid process to gauge the responsiveness and professionalism of people who work on our home. From start to finish, this project went as promised. Calls were returned quickly, workers performed skillfully and adjustments were discussed and approved as needed. I think there was good value for the level of work performed.
This unexpected repair started out as a huge headache but I wound up finding a crew that I will use and recommend, again and again.

Everything went well until the water got turned on. The quality of the build was really good and i was very satisfied with how it looked. The issue came at the end when we actually started using the bathroom. They had to return twice to fix leaks in some of the plumbing finish work. This caused damage downstairs that had to be fixed. They were very responsive to fixing the issues. I just hope the lesson learned here was to fully test the plumbing before allowing full use. It is hard to say anything bad though since they were always very responsive and took responsibility for their mistakes. Its hard to say whether i would use them again, since i was pleased with the build, if it just wasnt for the 2 floods......

3-D Construction is still working on our construction. I think the quote was right about where we were thinking and they kind of wrote it all out. We had an itemized list of what we were getting. They were very good.

We were left high and dry by another remodeling company that was on Angies list. They came out 8 weeks ago and we were booked for the 6th of August.  No one called or showed up-No one! A garage full of all new products to go into the house from tile to paint to cabinets. I called 3 other remodeling companies and they were all nice but Robert Nathan was the best. He sent his foreman,Brandon, who was very knowledgeable on everything needed to be done. They fit us in with all the other jobs they had going on an did a Superb job and finished in under 8 days. Mind you none of this was on their plans for the hot August month but helped us in every way as not to have everything back up. New windows, carpet etc. They are the best I have seen in Tulsa and if you give them a call you will not regret that choice. Wish I could put up pictures! Thanks Justin Hawk homeowner.

Robert and Brandon wanted to make sure that their work was done to our standards. When we had problems they actually came out and fixed things so they stood behind their work.

The kitchen is still a work in progress. We had a large problem with Lowe's, as their Interior Design "expert" did not leave enough room for a two hole sink and failed to mention this to us. The sink cabinet is the size of a bathroom vanity, and we were not aware of it until after it was installed. We have the dishwasher on one side of where the sink will be (if we ever get it installed) and had planned to put an ice machine on the other side. Because of this error, we cannot put in the ice machine, and have instead put a matching cabinet there. This way, we can put in a two hole sink, although it will not be perfectly centered under the window.
Lowe's DID give us a free 18" to put in place of the ice machine, after we complained and threatened to take the problem to their corporate office and then to the press. In the meantime, we have a useless ice maker in our entryway. I covered it with a table cloth and put potted plants on it for now. I'm not quite sure what we will do with it.
But, back to 3D Construction! They were extremely punctual, very professional, and the arches they built are gorgeous! They have come back twice to do little touch ups, even after being paid. It's been my experience that this kind of service is extremely rare. My only complaint on them is extremely minor. One of the helpers spit tobacco juice in one of my trash cans, and it didn't have a liner. I requested that he take it outside and hose it down, which he did. But ewwww......
