I phoned that morning (his wife Roxane handles appointments) and she had Tom (who does all of the appliance repair) work us into his schedule that afternoon.  I described the problem with our 3 yr-old clothes dryer, and she promised to provide those details to her husband.  She then gave me a time frame (between 2 and 4 pm, and said he would call and let us know when we were "next".    He called to confirm that he was on his way and would be at our home in 30 minutes.   He arrived promptly, was very professional and courteous.  He quickly diagnosed the problem, had all of the parts needed to make the repair, and explained each step and reason for repair (including causes, and possible prevention of this happening again).  Tom is very knowledgeable of large appliances, and worked quickly and efficiently.  We are very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing service on large appliances.
