Ross Plumbing

Description of Work: We had a water leak of unknown origin inside our home. We had used Ross Plumbing a few times for minor plumbing projects in the past and had no issue with their work so we called them in. My spouse stayed home from work so they were present during the worst of the destruction committed. We need to state right now in order to be fair, the leak was apparently very difficult to locate and took over a month to resolve by a different plumber. Each day they were on the job they brought a dog. We found evidence later that the dog used some of our belongings we'd had to temporarily move to the garage due to the water damage as their personal toilet. We are dog lovers and don't blame the dog but it shows a lack of professionalism and speaks to their style to take an untrained dog into a customers home for a job. On day two, Ross Plumbing said they needed to cut some holes in the walls to try to locate the leak. We're not professional plumbers so my spouse gave them the okay to proceed. We now know there is a better method. By the time I got home from work, my home was destroyed. Ross Plumbing had cut holes in the sheetrock in seven different walls in five rooms; laundry, utility, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. They had also cut out half of the shelving under the kitchen sink.
