 + -1 moreSince I work from 9:00 to 5:00, they were willing to come at a time that was convenient for me. They were very friendly and did good work. I was very happy with the price. They were a little bit hard to reach by phone, but they always called me back in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use them again!

 + -1 moreHe showed up at my house at 8am on a Saturday. I had just got off working a midnight shift. I sat down and before I knew was fast asleep. I was woke up to someone flushing the toliet many times. He said he wanted to make sure the line was completely thawed. Not only had he thawed my lines out but to make sure he got them all he started a load of laundry in the washer. Even put in the soap and fabric softner. He gets an A plus in my book on that one alone.
Description of Work: I have used John two times now. The first was right after our blizzard in Febuary. He came out on a Saturday at 8am and thawed out my pipes under my house in less then 30 minutes. The second time he fixed my tub and even installed a much needed new drain that I didn't know was the problem. He is very neat and clean. Cleans up behind himself and his worker. Is very dog friendly. I would and have recommended him to many of my friends. He is really good at his job and a plus to the Miami .
