A new roof was put on my house 5 years ago by Stapp roofing. I bought the house 4 years ago.
Some shingles have blown off the roof and I called Stapp. I was told they only offer a 2 year warranty.
They made no offer to help, and the guy on the phone (he did not give his name) was flat out rude.
He told me and quot;if yer wantin a free roof put on yer house, then go ask Goodwill fer one!and quot;
The thing is, I never said anything about a new roof.
Then he had the audacity to tell me the roof warranty didn't transfer to me since I was not the
home owner when the new roof was installed.
Do not expect any professional courtesy from these guys.

Very well they found additional problems adder on price was reasonable and corrections were done properly.

Arrived early in the day, finished by noon. Minor leak after first rain, they came right out and fixed a bit of loose flashing. No problems since.
