Neis Furniture

I went into Neis store to purchase a king size bed frame. The lady who greeted me was very nice. She is the only reason why they aren't getting an "F". When I described to her what I wanted, she directed me to a frame she thought would work. Then as I was asking questions, a man (I believe he was the owner) walked over & rudely butted in, telling me that was not the frame I needed, and showed me another one instead. When I showed him a picture of what I was wanting, he said the only kind of frame that would work for a king bed was the one he had showed me. When I tried to ask questions, he started acting like he couldn't be bothered with my questions, like he was dealing with an ignorant woman. Perhaps I was ignorant of the types of frames, but that is no way to treat a customer. He never did answer my questions. I did not like being treated like an idiot, so I told him never mind, I would take my business elsewhere. As I was walking away, he said they were the only store in the area (Owasso) that sold frames, and then said "have a good day"...basically dismissing me. I walked out of the store with nothing except an insulting bad experience. Oh, and by the way, he is not the only store in the area that sells frames. I went to Mattress Firm (Owasso) and got a great frame & great customer service. If the two stores had not been so far apart (what with the price of gas), I would have gone back to his store and let him know in person that he was not the only one & that he lost a sale & a customer (because we were planning on buying furniture too). Granted, my bed frame wasn't big money, but money is money.

Mike Neis (pronounced "Nice") and his mom, Arlene, are lovely people! Although the showroom isn't the biggest you will ever see, they have a good selection, and we were able to find exactly what we wanted on the spot. Delivery was the same day, and they set up the new furniture, hauled off the old, and took away all of the plastic.
