They came same day as called. I told girl who answered their phone I got them thru Angie's List. Bill for inspect and new pump was $715.00. Did not include Angie's List discount and their website shows free inspections and they charged $95 service call. Sent them email asking about bill and never heard back. Similar pump on internet sells for $350 - $555 installed from Harlan.

The technician that responded went through the entire system fixing the circuitry issues at hand. He explained the issues in detail and answered all my questions completely. I don't think $85 for a service call is high at all... especially when they responded with in the hour since our system was in alarm and not pumping. No added prices for quick response. Harlan is now our septic service provider.

Harlan showed up when they said they would, gave us their honest opinions and let us make the decision without pressuring us. The price was as quoted and they completed the work quickly, professionally, and as expected. Further, they warranted their work. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone, don't know what else you could ask for.

Charles thought pump was out but upon further check reset hose etc and alarm reset. The other guys in the area would have replaced the pump at a very high cost.
We would not use anyone but Harlans. He is very honest and reasonable

We had had a bad experience with another company who gouged us and wanted an inspection and to set up maintenence. Charles was great. He inspected our system and especially checked what the other man had done as we weren't even sure it had been done properly. He did all of this for no charge because he felt so bad for us. He will be our service provider from now on.
