Service Master actually installed containment barrier & HEPA Sanded mold off floor & timbers & did final clean up besides arranging for coordination of Counter Top Firm; Plumbers; Cabinet Construction & Dry Wall & Insulation Firm. They were slow in getting job started (2 month wait while unable to use kitchen cabinet area & had stuff stacked all over the living room floor. When the work was started it took another 2 and 1/2 weeks to complete. But they did a good job and we were very satisfied with the entire project's FINAL results.
Description of Work: Work not done by Lawton firm, but by Clinton, Ok branch of Service Master: 1. Arranged before & after tests by BioCheck Corp., re mold; 2. Arranged & coordinated work by counter-top firm; & also a cabinet firm who also removed & replaced drywall & insulation & removed debris; and a Plumber to remove and replace kitchen sink. 4. Ser. Master actually: Sealed off area of contamination; installed a filter to remove mold spores from air; removed mold from wall 2X4s & floor by sander with HEPA Vacuum.
