Furniture - Sales
Macks have sold and serviced our AC units for many years. We can highly recommend them.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I usually have one done in the winter and one probably done in June or July for the summer. I just like for them to be sure and check everything out when the seasons change. They are pretty reasonable. They are local, dependable and they do good work.

Furniture - Sales
This company should be applauded for their professionalism, integrity and prompt service.
Not only did they come out once but again to have one of their staff do a second look/see per the request of the first technician just to see if there was something further they could do before installing the A/C unit we had already agreed to purchase and that was on their truck!
Another experienced technician took the information from the first guy, looked even further and was able to do some more repairs and told us we did not need to move forward at least at this time with the purchase of the a/c unit that was actually on his truck!
I doubt any or few companies have employees that represent their company so extremely well!!
Will we need to replace it some point - sure- but for now he said we should be just fine! He even gave me the information on how to call them on the holiday weekend just in case!!
We are sold on them!!
And to add to this they provide absolutely excellent community service in all that they do and even pay for, in the assistance of our local Cleveland Area Pound Pals ...a dog rescue group.
My husband was speechless when he came outside and found out the a/c was all repaired, and the bill he thought he was getting was going to be a fraction of that amount.
I have already shared the excellent service with several people!
