Said he'd be out on Monday, but ended up FINALLY arriving on Wednesday. We called Rogers County Appliances, but we GOT Mike's Repair...Mike. Said we had the wrong model, but was able to get a part that would fit and DID show up on Saturday and got the machine up and running. Price was good, work was good, didn't show when he said and was late even when he said he was on his way. That wasn't the issue. He got into a highly charged political argument that DEVOLVED into yelling AT my husband and we almost threw him out of the house. He was disrespectful, arrogant, rude, and obnoxious...he wouldn't leave. He is an uneducated moron with some of the most half baked off the wall beliefs and again proves: Never let a loser tell you how to win. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I PLAN TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS!! I am writing to the BBB of Claremore.....this man is a menace.

THEY WERE PROMPT ON GETTING OUR REFRIGERATOR BACK TO US BECAUSE WE NEEDED IT. THEY DIDN'T GIVE US ANY HASSLE WHEN WE GOT THERE. THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WERE NICE AND COURTEOUS.
