POOL MASTERS INC

We used Rob for our home inspection as he was recommended by our realtor. The inspection noted no defects/problems. Upon moving in 3 weeks later, we discovered 2 things; the pool sweep pump was frozen/burned out, and apparently had been so for some time, and the main drain was not working. I personally disassembled the valves to inspect the main drain line, and it was clear that from scum/debris present that this has not worked for years. There is no way a good, reliable pool inpector would have not seen this. We have since had another pool service take a look at this issue, and is estimating it would be upwards of a thousand dollars to locate the source of the plug. If we had known that at the time of inpsection, we would have negotiated with the seller. But now we are stuck. Having to pay $300 for an 'inspection', only to find out serious problems are present, is wrong. This person should not be in business. RUN before they take your money too.

Rob does what he says and stands behind the work. Is very efficient and spends your money wisely when it comes to equipment and service recommendations. would use them again in a heartbeat.
