Marble Elegance

The work, to say the least, was shotty and unprofessional.  We have roughly cut trim pieces that are merely hanging on by a single line of caulk to cover huge gaps in the seams and there are pits and defects in our bathtub.  The biggest issue, which has caused us problems to this day, is the shower floor and drain pan.  The hole for the drain was cut almost 2 INCHES bigger than the drain itself.  So there was almost an entire inch of caulking globbed in around the drain.  I called and asked them to come fix it.  He said he would come out and look at it.  A week later I called him and asked if he was coming.  He said he had already been out and that there was nothing wrong with it.  He lied.  There was no way he could have looked it as #1 the gate to the property was locked and our driveway is 1/4 mile long and #2 the house was locked as well!  He proceeded to argue with me and HUNG UP ON ME!  I called him back and he was even more hateful than the first time and hung up on me again.  I proceeded to try and call him several more times.  At that point he just left his answering machine on.  It cost me over $1000 to repair that floor pan because not only did the floor and drain have to be replaced, but the pan liner underneath the floor was already filled with water and there was mold growing.  We hadn't even moved in yet much less taken a single shower in there.  Very unprofessional!!

They were very professional and on time. Apart from the doing the countertops, they also took care of plumbing and electrical work.
