Gerber Collision & Glass - Claremore

I was reccomend this body shop by a friend after I was in an accident and decided to have my truck towed to them after reading a few reviews...worst decision ever! It took them over THREE WEEKS just to do the quote on my truck. Then their inexperience was on display. They were claiming my new low milage truck as a total loss. After going over the quote with my insurance we found SEVERAL discrepancies and parts that weren't damaged during the accident. My agent agreed to have the truck sent to another shop for a second opinion. It only took the new shop 1 day to call back saying the damage was all body work and far from totaled. BUT it doesn't end there, Gerber had already started stripping my truck for parts, and when confronted about my missing tailgate and interior panels I would get hung up on, lied to, and ignored about getting them returned to the the shop so we could continue with repairs. After almost 4 weeks we were finally able to get the parts back that they STOLE off my truck. I would not reccomend them to my worst enemy.

I had some slight damage to the rear bumper of my car that needed repair. Gerber was the cheapest quote that I received for this work. They were extremely professional and explained how the work would be performed. They even repaired a small nick on my front bumper at no additional charge. The only issue was that it took them a day longer to complete the work than they had quoted. However, they did let me know about the delay. Overall I was very pleased.
