After one week passed without hearing from Mr. Judd, I called him and left a voicemail message asking him if he had time to complete an estimate and please give me a call back. After several additional days passed I called Mr. Judd and again left another voice mail message. This time I asked again if if he had time to complete my estimate and please call me back as a courtesy even if he was not interested in the job. That way. I could contact additional contractors and continue my search for someone interested in doing the remodel job. Mr Judd never returned my calls. I condsider him to be unreliable and unprofessional.
Description of Work: Approximately one month ago I called Mr. Judd and told him I was interested in remodeling my kitchen and utility room. I invited him to come by and take a look and submit a bid. Mr. Judd showed up as scheduled and we discussed what I wanted done and he did took some preliminary measurements and sketchtes, promising to get back with me within a week.
