He started thinking about my issue and said he thought of a way to get me power. I was 1:15 away from home, my job was going nuts. I texted him my address. To make a long story short, he was at my home before I was. He put in a temporary splice, he stayed to help me ascertain the damage to my appliances (there was a lot, ugh).
It was probably close to 8PM when he and his son left my home. They both could not have been nicer. I now know who to call whenever I have any electrical need.
He did not have to help me, but he saw someone in need and jumped in to assist. He also could have given me a huge bill, but it was totally reasonable. Their motto is 'we think outside of the box' and they did!
