We specialize in Vinyl Siding and Window Replacement. We are a family owned and operated business where you will deal with the owner from the beginning to the end of you project. Not a salesman, then a contractor who they hire to do your job and then someone to pickup a check to hoping to get someone else to come out and do repairs later. Low overhead which means we can beat most estimates from the big boy companies. Prefer to use Certainteeed Siding, Simonton And Atrium Windows or other brands of windows. We have been in business since Jan 1954. 2nd Generation. We carry a $1 million liability policy.

"First of all I did not do work for [Member Name Removed] I did work for her daughter [Member Information Removed] and it was in [Member Information Removed]. The house in question had been moved and had had a metal roof installed on it from what I understand by [Member Information Removed]' father. On the front gable there was decking that stuck 2 inches out past the facia board so when the metal roof trim piece was installed you could see the decking still. My contract did not state anywhere on it that I would do work to the metal roof and yes I did refuse to fix it for I do not do work to metal roofs. Yes I did threaten to file a lien against the house ONLY after I did all I was to do to the house according to my contract in which [Member Information Removed] read and signed after refusing to pay me if I did not fix the roof. Again the roof was NOT part of my contracted work. As you can see I have several other review here and all of them was more than satisfied with my work. So the conclusion here is someone was trying to get something fixed for free... and it was not my responsibility. Thanks, Mark Gibson (owner) The Siding Man"
