Great customer service. Husband called appointment was set for next day. Showed up on time and got right to work. Service was done in no time at all. Very pleased with how professional this company is. Let us know upfront that there would be a extra fee for using a credit card versus using a check or cash. No complaints here.

They spent a lot of time helping to locate the septic, then added 24 inches of riser so we can access it again in the future.

With all the rain in May my septic stopped draining and backed up. I called on Monday and they came out on Wednesday, the total time for the job took 20 minutes. Very pleased with Wilco Septic.

Willco came out and located, dug up, and pumped out my septic. Another company had come out few days earlier and stated that they could not find my septic and they thought it was probably about 3 feet deep and would need a backhoe to dig it up and that they did not want to mess with it. So, I called Willco and explained the situation. They found it within about 5 minutes and it was only 18"inches deep. Dug it up, did the pump out completely and were done within about 45 minutes. Very professional! Will use from now on. My only complaint, if you could call it that, was that they came about an hour earlier than my appointment time.
