Great service

I had MD flooring repair 2 areas of my wood floor. One section had very deep gouges from a couch and a different room had water damage. The work was excellent and he was able to come out right away.

Michael came out and gave an estimate and when he came back to do the work he discovered more issues than we first thought. He told me what I needed to do to get this repaired and said he would do all the work for me. This way I didn't have to hire any other repairman to do the work. He would complete it from beginning to end.

He was very knowledgeable, and he did things above and beyond, like mentioning the water heater was broken, which le us know little tips. He was so helpful with this I didn't know about. He is just a nice guy.

Mike is one top-quality professional! We were very impressed with his knowledge of his field, and the equipment he has invested in to do every job as perfectly as possible. He has the ability to quickly assess the project and explain every detail of what he will do to make sure it is done correctly, and aesthetically. Mike even made very positive suggestions about how to easily make our flooring re-do into a total room makeover. We simply painted the room and Mike and his assistant did the rest. This was all included in his price, which he called and gave us the next morning. We were impressed that the extra things he was willing to do, such as grind our concrete slab in the room being worked on to make sure our floor was even, sand and restain our baseboards, and several other things actually came in at a lower bid than the other bids we had obtained. We could not be more pleased with the quality of his work and creativity. Besides that, we found him to be a super person. We have already referred a family member to him, and plan to have him do more work for us as well.

I hired them to work on my daughter's house, to remove carpet and replaced with plank vinyl. They also replaced a bathtub with a surround shower, and replaced toilet stools, and a dishwasher.

This is a great company! Michael is very reliable, has tremendous knowledge of his profession, and was willing to go above and beyond what we paid him to do for us. I highly recommend this company!

He did not show at appointed time , call to cancel or reschedule. I called him back to rescheduled our appointment. He showed up second time.
