Electrical Service
Over the phone, Mr. Harris tried to save me some money by telling me a trick I could do to reset the breaker myself. I was able to reset the breaker using this method, but it would not stay closed in normal service. When Mr. Harris came out to replace it, he thoroughly analyzed the load to make sure I did not have other problems, then he checked the rating on the equipment that was being served and he found that the breaker had originally been oversized. He put in the proper replacement and the problem was fixed.
