Excellent! Travis (owner) and Shane were prompt, professional, and courteous. They were able to repair and replace broken tiles, clean and replace worn out grout for a fair price. The shower looks fantastic! They cleaned up when they were finished too, no mess for us to deal with. We'll definitely use them again for our other bathromm!

The quote was ambiguous and that’s my fault. I guess the job was performed however I personally believe the cost for the work performed was ridiculous! The shower was cleaned, minimal grout installed/replaced and a grout sealer applied. This for $900 was ridiculous. The work took approximately 3 hours at most. The remaining time the contractor had a dryer blowing and he sat in his van. I was expecting a lot more grout removal and new grout installed.

"Thanks for the feedback. The job was a full day. We removed and regrouted all corners, floor perimeter and any and all cracked and missing grout. We did multiple cleaning to get off all the soap scum and mildew. Then we let the air dryers completely dry out the shower and grout before we apply the color seal on all the wall grout. We do this type of work on a daily basis and have our process down to be very productive and timely. Typically we our customers are pleased on how productive we are. Color seal is more than just a sealant. It is a restorative approach and not a clear sealant. The color you chose was an exact match to the existing color of your grout, therefore, you weren’t able to see a huge transformation like most customers do with the color seal. The amount of time it takes to dry was extensive due to how wet your shower floor was. We try very hard to make our customers happy and surely don’t like that you feel this way. We asked if we could come back and do more work above what was estimated to go above and beyond but it was refused. We feel you got an excellent seal and great work completed on your shower to restore it to a great working shower again. I think you’ll enjoy how much easier it is to maintain once you start using it again after the cure time, especially with the color seal. If there is anything we can do our offer still stands. Thanks!"

Meticulous work, beautiful result! We called Travis during the holiday season, he promised to call us back and did--an important first impression. He provided a quick and very reasonable quote for grout repairs, cleaning, color change, and sealing. Travis and Shane have a great eye for color and selected a perfect complimentary color for the look we wanted to achieve. They did a beautiful job of cleaning, re-coloring and sealing the grout and granite in our home. They went out of their way to ensure that everything was done perfectly and to our satisfaction. We couldn't have asked for nicer or more professional people to work with, a better result, or a more reasonable price. If and when we need additional work, they'll be the first company we call! Highly recommend Grout Service over a franchise company.

Entire job went extremely well. Travis came to the house to evaluate the job and discuss various solutions with potential costs associated with each. The fix (new tile over existing floor) was completed in about 4 hours including complete cleanup. The result is an amazingly beautiful new floor. Travis made the total project completely effortless for me and my wife. He showed up right on time for both the evaluation and the half day of work with Cody and completed the project without interfering in any way with our daily routine. They were both very professional and courteous and we strongly recommend GROUT SERVICE for any kind of tile repair, replacement or grout work.

I set up an appointment with Travis in November of 2014 but couldn't get him out here until January due to a remodel being done to my house. Travis was patient and didn't continually harass me about coming out. I can't believe the difference the clean and grout color and seal change made. The floors look brand new. The price was definitely reasonable. It cost less than $2100.00 for almost the entire house...about 2400 square feet . It took about a day and I was able to walk on the floors that afternoon. I highly recommend.

Initial contact was through Angie's List. After that contact was primarily through email and phone. The job was quickly arranged and work completed in a timely and efficient manner. When we wanted something done a bit differently, that was done within a couple of days. No hurry up and wait. Everything was smooth and professional.

They were professional. I thought the price was very high for what they were going to do, but in the end, their cleaning method did remove hard water buildup that we had not been able to remove ourselves for several years. The end result was better than I expected.

I called Travis Taylor, the owner of Grout Service and left a message. He called me back the next day and we set up a time for him to come over and give us an estimate. We went over everything we wanted, and he made a few suggestions. We felt his price was reasonable and contracted him to do the job. Travis and his employee came over exactly when he said they would, and kept me informed every step of the way to make sure I liked it. They were both really nice and professional and I would definitely use them again and recommed them to everyone.

Before we had yellow, moldy, gunky grout and caulking in our tub and shower area - now it is pristine white with brand new grout! Initially we wanted to re-tile the walls surrounding our tub, but did not have money to do it. We decided to try Grout Service and we are happy with the outcome. Randy and his son were very professional, far fast and fair with their charge. I would highly recommend Grout Service if you would like to re-vive your tiled shower stall!
