Heating unit went on early on 6 Jan 2014. Temp outside was 4 degrees so not good timing. Called a so called "top rated" heating business from here at 4:30 in the morning. Told me they could get someone there between 8 - 10 am. No problem, I'll just take a few hours off from work. 9:45, company calls me and says technician is running behind and it wont be until after work before someone can get there. Mind you it is the coldest day of the year and temp was 55 in my house and dropping. Talked to my boss to let him know what was going on. He gave me the number of Steve from Comfort Pro. Called them, he said no problem I can be there in 20 minutes. Showed up in 20 minutes. Diagnosed a dirty sensor. Cleaned it and did a quick check of the whole unit. Back up and running in 30 minutes from the time he arrived. OUTSTANDING service!!
