Now we have leaks. Have called three times this spring for service, always with a promise to come the next day. He's never once called back or stopped by to look at the leaks. Considering he didn't install the controller I specifically asked for, the sprinklers don't reach the places we required, and now we have leaks that need to be fixed and he refuses to show up to even look at the leaks, this is a failure of a company. Totally unsatisfactory installation and service.

I am still having problems with it. I have had leaks. I called and he never came. I have taken him to small claims court, sent him certified letters and still have no resolution.
