They also installed our last heat and air conditioning system (heat pump) in 2000. They have always been fair, punctional and professional and clean up after themselves. I need to disclose that my brother originally started this business but has retired and the business is under new management. Our experience covers both owners. Our church, Woodland Hills Baptist Church, Newcastle, OK, has also had heat-a/c units installed by Ben Milam Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc. and also has a Preventative Maintenance agreement with them. We had estimates from other companies when replacing the heat and a/c system and when looking for a Preventative Maintenance agreement both at home and at church.

The representative inspected things I didn't even realize you should inspect, including in the attic and on the roof. After owning homes for 25 years I have never had anyone do that for me. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. He also recommended other ways to filter our system, which we have installed.
The price was fantastic and I would recommend this company.
