I contacted Keith about the work I needed done. He said he could do the job and we made an appointment. He did call to let me know he was running late and gave me an estimate as to when he would arrive. When he arrived he told me he did not have the materials to fix the cushion which was the most important thing I wanted fixed. He did replace the mechanism. When I called him on the phone he originally told me it would be $35 to fix the mechanism and then more to do the cushion depending in how long it took. Since he did not fix the cushion I was expecting it to be $35, however after he did the work, then he told me it was going to be $75. He told me to call him back at the end of the week to schedule to fix the cushion. When I called him back and left a message, he did not return my call. Since then we have also discovered that one of the bolts for the mechanism he replaced came off.

For many years, Keith was the go-to furniture repair guy for luxury furniture dealers in Oklahoma City.  My decorator introduced me to him.  Recently, I left a large punch bowl on my dining room table over night.  The next morning, I packed up the bowl and to my horror, there was a white-yellow ring on my brand new table.  I immediately called Keith.  He had repaired a cabinet door on my buffet table the week before in less than 5 minutes so I didn't even come to Angie's List to look up anyone else.  He came over the next day and worked on the table for about 30 minutes.  He made the ring has completely vanish.  He is a wizard!  I would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone.
