Great experience. Within a few minutes, Jeff, the technician, diagnosed the problem, determined the part that needed to be ordered. In a week the part was in, Jeff returned and repaired my machine. Very professional and excellent communicator. Prior to this, I had used a different company and they said nothing was wrong with the machine.
