 + -1 moreMr. Dodd arrived on time in his work truck. He was fully prepared to start work immediately. He discussed with me everything I wanted done and which bucket of paint went to which room. He didn't waste time since I was paying him hourly.In three days he was finished! He works hourly or will give a quote for an overall price for the whole job. Since I had heard that he works fast I was comfortable with paying him by the hour. I was extremely pleased with his work. He did a beautiful job!
Description of Work: Mr. Dodd spent time preparing the surfaces of the walls, filling nail holes, taping off woodwork and windows, etc. He hand painted the walls with good brushes and didn't get paint anywhere where it wasn't supposed to be. He worked at a good pace and I was very pleased with the care he took to do a good job. He didn't take any breaks except for a brief lunch and he subtracted that from his time. He painted the entry hall, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room. and two bedrooms.
