I can't say enough good about Mark Johnson and his crew. they did exactly what they bid in the time frame they identified. they worked around our schedule and ongoing construction in the house. Always prompt (early actually) always friendly, professional and able to make helpful suggestions along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his folks to anyone - great company!

I called Sunday afternoon and left a message on their answering machine. I asked to be put on their Monday schedule.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call at work early Monday morning letting me know that I was on their Monday schedule and (this is the best part) they could meet me at my home after 4 PM. That allowed me to put in a full day at work and still get my AC unit repaired.
This is important to me because: 1) Nobody else is available to be at my home during the middle of the day to meet the technician, 2) I live 30 miles away from where I work. If I had to leave work to rush home to meet the technician it would not be easy, or pleasant.
So, Johnson's made that process really easy for me. The lady in the office that takes the calls and schedules the technicians is very pleasant. The guys that came to my home were on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently.

They arrived on time and was very professional and respectful of the home. They worked quickly and quietly, always courteous and pleasant. Took time to explain in detail what they were doing the reasons why. After they finished, they cleaned up after themselves and left with a friendly goodbye. I was very impressed with their service, knowledge, and most of all conduct.

Arrived quickly (within a day) and worked for about an hour cleaning rust and buildup in the furnace burners. Afterwards recommended that I replace the entire system (which is 24 years old). Will probably do that this spring 2013!

I called and explained what the problem was, they arrived a couple of hours later, they replaced the switch and the thermostat. They were very professional, and explained exactly what was wrong and why. The thermostat had been put in two years ago by them, the warranty had already expired, but he said that evidently the company that made them at that time had put out a batch that was faulty because they had to replace several. Even though the warranty was out before we had a problem with ours, he replaced it and did not charge us for a new one. He could have charged us, and we would never have known the difference.
