"I was absolutely dreading the roof replacement process. Everything I read said to get at least 3 estimates. I called the Top 3 on Angie's List. The other 2 companies were really great. But from the moment I met Dave (David Rodriguez) they didn't have a chance. I expected the salesman schmooz. Dave is real. Starting with him talking me through the entire process. He thought of every single detail no matter how small. Including suggesting my dogs stay at a friends so they wouldn't be freaked out by all the noise. He even called an electrician to do some electrical work for me (who was also very good!) He expertly dealt with my insurance company. My insurance company initially sent me a very small amount. Dave went through and pointed out errors and stayed after them till I got more money from them (they ended up cutting me two more checks). I have been promised the world from different contractors, always to end up slightly disappointed. With Air Roofing every single detail that was promised me, was delivered. Literally Everything!! Dave is amazing! His crew is great! Hard working and professional. Every nail and all debris was cleaned up. I have a small home but I was treated like I was his top client! If you have roofing needs, make One call to--Air Roofing--Dave Rodriguez will not disappoint! 5 star all the way! I just wish he did windows and floors. I am one happy customer.

"Nick rang when he knew he would be late (only 20 min) and apologized for being late.
He and an assistant put glass block in 3 basement windows. They cleaned out the window wells, enlarged the openings, removed the thin plexiglass that was in the window frames, installed the glass block, cleaned up and removed all materials. The job took approx. 4 hours. They were both very neat and polite and I could not have asked for a better experience. In fact, I am having them back for another job.

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, many professionals offer ultrasonic cleaning for thorough, chemical-free results.

Professionals use advanced, eco-friendly products that ensure effective yet safe cleaning.

While a biohazard cleanup sounds like a scary process, knowing what to expect can help ease your concerns and set you up for success. It’s good to note that more than one professional might be needed depending on your situation, but that will be determined during the assessment. What you can expect during a home biohazard cleanup is the following:

  • Assessment: The first step in this process is for a biohazard cleanup professional to assess the damage. They create a report that includes the biohazard safety level, the needed damage cleanup, and the time it should take to complete the project.

  • Setup: The cleanup professional prepares the site to prevent cross-contamination and reduce toxicity risk. This process can include tarping and creating decontamination zones.

  • Removal of surface contamination: Any contaminated materials are removed from the area, starting with large materials followed by small ones. The professional can assess any floor-related damage once everything is removed from the site.

  • Salvaging items: The biohazard cleanup professionals assess which items can be saved and which are contaminated beyond the point of saving. Those deemed unsafe will be disposed of immediately.

  • Waste disposal: The next step is carefully disposing of the hazardous waste. Your professional will place the contaminated items in specific containers to keep the contamination from spreading.

  • Disinfection: The house will be disinfected and odor-neutralized. Even more minor details, like light switches and bulbs, will be disinfected so that they do not recontaminate the area in the future.

  • Restoration: Once the decontamination is complete, the last step is to restore the home. This includes repairing the damage to flooring, walls, or even the home's foundation.

These hardworking scrubbers should be replaced every six months. Most toilet brushes have nylon bristles, and over time, these bristles can bend, fray, or fall out, reducing the effectiveness of the brush. Silicone brushes hold their shape longer, but the softer bristles are less effective at removing residue and build-up. To clean your toilet brush after use, spray it with a disinfecting cleaner and let it air dry by closing the handle under the toilet seat and letting the brush head drip into the toilet bowl.

Clean your hardwood floors with a soft broom or flat mop about once a week to remove dirt and grit. Focus on high-traffic areas and areas just inside the major entryways twice a week. Deep clean your floors with water and a cleaning solution about once every two months.
