we have 2 cell phones - both were freebies w/ renewal and performed so poorly they had to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. my husband's has a cracked face so they will only agree to terminate service on 1 phone - - - not that we have service anyway . . .
Description of Work: we have been loyal pine-net customers for 10+ years. early in 2014 we told them we were moving to TX. we were then fraudulently induced into extending our contract w/ the assurance that we would have the SAME quality of service. we moved to Athens, TX, only to discover that pine-net's partner, AT&T, had lost it's lease on all towers back in 2010. notwithstanding the fact that pine-net has confirmed we have sketchy service, at best, they refuse to let us out of our premium service package without ETFs. quite surprised and very unhappy!!!!! http://www.athensreview.com/breakingnews/x603542287/Your-phone-service-interrupted
