HE WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WORK HE WAS DOING. I REALLY LIKED HIM BECAUSE HE WOULD EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY, AS HE FIXED IT.
