I expected a more extensive pruning but the workers only pruned to roof level and the in back of the trees so they didn't touch the house. It only took them 30 minutes. The work was done on time and the initial response was good but the cost for the work provided was way out of line. It simply wasn't enough money to worry about so I didn't argue but I would go elsewhere for any future work.

It was all done in a timely fashion.would have the.m back for service anytime.

He does a good job and I have used him several times in the past.

Called and talked to Georgia and explained my needs. She took my information and was very pleasant to visit with.
Victor came out for an estimate the day I called and was very professional and thorough.
On the day of the service, Adam and Chris arrived on time, checked in with me, and did their work quickly and professionally. Afterwards, they cleaned around the trees and answered my questions. A couple of small straggling shrubs I wanted to get rid of didn't get sprayed, but after a phone call Victor came out quickly and sprayed the shrubs himself, no charge.
Great experience -- the trees look really nice, the price was fair -- I'll definitely use them again.

Price, work and clean up were all excellent. They were honest enough to point out an unnecessary repair even though it would have meant more money for them. I will definitely use them again.

They worked around my schedule and showed up to work when they said they would. They gave me over 24 hour notice of when they would be there. Great overall job. I have had other tree services on my property that did not show concern as to where they would drop the limbs. But Victor and his help were great! I was very impressed with their skill and professionalism.

Excellent - Victor and his crew are fast and efficient and do excellent work. They clean up the trimmings when they finish - I couldn't be more pleased with the work. Victor and Georgia are super nice, easy to work with and I will call them again. High recommend.

Victor was prompt with a bid, was able to do the work in our desired time frame and did an excellent job of trimming and cleanup. He and his staff were all so pleasant to deal with. When I asked him to come back to do a little more trimming on a tree, he did so without complaint and was very apologetic. While he made no excuses I could understand how he missed the small area because the weather turned very nasty in the middle of the trim and got dark very quickly. We will certainly use his service again and I've already recommended him to someone else.W

On 7-5-12 I had Watkins Tree Service come out and due an estimate on my tree work. After trying to get a hold of them for several days and no calls being returned on 7-11-12 I called other companies from Angie's list to have my work done. Victors Tree service was one of the companies I called and Georgia answered the phone, no answering service,no leaving a message to have them call me back, a REAL Live Person, she took down my information and with in an hour and a half Victor was at my house to give me an estimate. I presented my estimate from Watkins Tree Service and he beat there price and said he could be out to my house the next day to do the job. Victor and Georgia are very nice and professional people, what a great experience I had working with them, from the start to the finish of the project. Victor check with me before leaving to make sure I was satisfied with the work they had done, cut back a willow tree from my house roof, removed 3 small tress that were growing right next to my house that could of caused foundation problems, removed 3 Mulberry volunteers from my back yard and trimmed back a flower bush so it would not hang over my walkway and get into my pool. I can not say enough good about this company! The nicest people to due business with, honest, hard working, and making sure the job is done right the first time, and ON TIME and cleaned up after themselves leaving me with a nice yard with all my tree and volunteers problems a thing of the past! They helped me save my roof and my foundation to my home at a great and honest price, they worked over 5 hours to get it all done in the heat. First of all, the customer service for Victor's is exceptional. Each time I called Victor's, the phone was answered by a real person, Georgia, who is super nice and professional. Unlike other companies, I received the bid for my job the next day after I called to request it. It ended up being the most reasonable bid I received after contacting four companies.
The Victor's team arrived when promised and did an absolutely AMAZING job! I can't stress enough how pleased I was with the removal of all of my shrubs, including roots, along a 26' wall. No trace of the bushes was left behind; the cleanup was impeccable. Last weekend I planted some new shrubs where the old ones had been, and I was very happy to discover that the Victor's team had indeed removed the roots (as well as the tops of the bushes).
I will definitely use Victor's again if the need arises. Additionally, I will heartily recommend Victor's to anybody I talk to that needs to have some trees or shrubs removed; in fact, I've already put two of their business cards in the break room at my office so other folks can take advantage of their top-notch services.

They cleaned up all the debris and raked my whole yard; you could not tell there had been trees there. They were knowledgeable, polite and showed up and finished when they said they would. Their pricing was the most reasonable of those companies that I called and I will use them again in the future.

They came out the same day I called them and gave me an estimate too. They were on time and professional and did a good job. I don't have much experience in this kind of work, but I felt that their price was in line, and I did not have any problems with it. They were nice and polite people. They came out and took care of things, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did exactly what I needed and did it well; I could not have asked for anything more. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Victor's is a staff of professionals. From the estimate through completion of the work, they were efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. It was like having friends do the work for you!

Returned call for estimate quickly. Estimate was half of first person's estimate. Job was completed quickly and done well.

I called for an estimate and was surprised how promptly they came out and left a written estimate on my front door. I called to set up service and was impressed when they showed up the very next day to perform the job. They completed the job within about a four hour period of time. Very polite, very neat crew who cleaned up their mess and left things looking even better than when they first arrived. The day after the job was completed, the owner, Georgia, called to check and see that I was satisfied with the services provided by her crew. I was completely satisfied with their overall job performance as well as the end result.

Absolutely a great experience. Victor is an arborist, and advised us why we should remove two trees from our yard (one was diseased, the other in serious decline). He also went over the trimming process on our large pecan tree in great detail. The crew (actually Victor's two sons and a helper) arrived exactly as arranged. They did a good job of cleaning up the areas where they removed the trees and ground the stumps. On the pecan tree, the area actually looked better AFTER they trimmed than before. The trimming was first rate - they trimmed the tree exactly as we asked, and will now look great for several more years thanks to their careful and deliberate work.
