The best part was when they packed up and left. It took them maybe five days. They had to come back at different times, scheduled different days. I don't like the lack of quality. They were all in the same ballpark as far as pricing. They were here. I just didn't like what they were doing when they were here. I would not use them again.

The finished project is awesome and I love it! The initial person sent to do measurements failed to double check and/or mark on his drawing where the plumbing would be in relation to where the drawers would match up (thus the ding on professionalism) so when the cabinets were delivered, the installers had quite a time making an opening for the pipes, but it was accomplished without compromising the functionality of the drawers. They also found the wall and the floor was not level, so again the installers were challenged to level the cabinets and backsplash, and they stepped up to the challenge without complaint, took extra time, explained everything they were doing and did a wonderful job. Everyone we came in contact with was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use USA Granite and Cabinetry again!

At first it wasn't installed right. But they just came back today and redid everything and it looks a lot better. They did follow up.
