Maid Service
We've been with these guys for years. They started out fine and got more sloppy. The owner, Joshua, is rude and unprofessional. Fortunately, the times we have to deal with him directly are few.
We have pets and kids, so we ask when they will arrive. They rarely show anywhere near on time. I've only asked twice, six months apart. I tried to be professional, but Joshua basically told me to shut up and fire him if I have a problem.
I will be doing that. Save yourself the headache and find someone else.

They are extremely thorough. They don't skip. They don't dust one time, sweep, and not mop. They're very consistent.

They clean the bathrooms from top to bottom. They are awesome. I even accidentally left dishes in the sink once and they went ahead and put them in the dishwasher. I will continue using them.
