The job was poorly diagnosed and vastly overpriced. I had a need for a repair of a return at the corner above my garage. Danny Beck, Turner's sales rep, climbed on my roof and declared that I needed much more: repair or replacement of ridge shingles. It sounded like a major job, especially when he gave an estimate of $7600 for the entire job. But given history of good reviews, I signed the agreement. When two-man crew came to do the job, they worked for less than 2 hours. A large portion of the expensive cedar shake shingles was left over. The next day the materials for the "repair" of the return had fallen down. Danny came to collect the shingles and attempted to repair the return again. He agreed to knock $600 off the price. When his work also was destroyed we called Critter Control, who quickly concluded that a raccoon had entered via the hole in the return and likely had a litter in an inaccessible part of our attic. My conclusion (after almost $2000 paid to very the professional animal control team): Danny had failed to diagnose our problem correctly or to fix it, and he had vastly overestimated the scope of work for the project. I asked him for a further price reduction and he never got back to me. So I talked to the finance person and to the regional manager, who refused the very reasonable $1000 price reduction I requested. After a lengthy conversation, the manager did knock another $500 off the price, while also threatening to impose a "late payment" fee. My conclusion: CAVEAT EMPTOR; be wary of signing a proposal priced with an inflated scope of work, and insist on a more exacting inspection to determine the real cause of a needed repair.

They did an excellent job, and kept the mess, to a minimum They were all were cordial and polite. We would recommend them to anyone. Gene was the nicest man, and he makes sure everything is performed as specified.

My experience with them was excellent and I had no issues whatsoever. I actually never even met them because I work all the time, so everything was really done over the phone. I showed up one day and it was replaced. I sent them a check and that was it. They were very professional in keeping me informed of the products that were ordered and their estimated time to be finished. Everything was great and lived up to my expectations. It was done perfectly and they left no mess whatsoever.
